We Are Montana Practitioners Who Have Served
The People Of Montana For Over 30 Years.

At Flaherty Law Office, our attorneys handle a variety of cases and clients.

We specialize in personal injury, employment, discrimination, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and tribal law. The firm is located in Great Falls, Montana, but we routinely have cases from Libby, to Havre, to Bozeman, to Billings and everywhere in between.

In today’s society, it is difficult for persons to know their rights. The amount of regulations developed for each industry, civil liability statutes for specific injuries and areas of work, and administrative proceedings – make it difficult to get compensation without an attorney.

Please feel free to call an experienced attorney today to discuss any claims or defenses you may need. All initial consultations are free of charge. At Flaherty law, we care about every case we take on and strive to keep our clients informed throughout the process. We value this relationship.

If you are in need of legal representation, Flaherty Law is here to help and offer support throughout the litigation. Being injured is difficult and puts added stress and pressures not only on you, the victim, but also on your loved ones. It is difficult enough trying to mount a recovery, maintaining your way of life, supporting your family, and navigate the process with insurance companies, medical providers, and the legal system. Our firm is committed to supporting you throughout this process and will do everything we can to recover for your injuries.

Our practice is not limited to personal injury work. Over the past 30 years of service, we have handled a variety of claims and cases. If you need legal help, please call and talk to a lawyer today. logo favicon

What others are saying

  • Through the years, Paul has been my go-to for legal needs and advice. Situations requiring litigation are usually less than comfortable and pleasant. Paul always smoothed the rough patches, communicated every detail and empowered me. With his guidance, I understood exactly what was taking place and my options. His knowledge and expertise are invaluable and his willingness to impart those priceless. In addition to being trustworthy and a true professional, Paul possesses a rare quality: He is a lawyer genuinely interested in helping others.

  • Paul is a man of values and heart. Each time I've utilized Pauls service as an attorney, he's taken his time to listen to me, considering every detail, and then quickly forms an action plan. Paul has always been genuinely attentive to my every need, keeping us well informed every step of the way, and always acting with only my best interest in mind. Paul possess a rare combination of sincere concern and caring and has made me feel confident in many legal decisions over the past couple years. I trust Paul and would want no one else working for my legal needs.

  • Paul worked tirelessly on my case from start to finish and was able to help me prove to the defendent that he was careless and obviously committing fraud. He was also able to think critically and outside of the box, well worth my money! I learned so much about the legal process for consumer cases and would go back to him for cases that may deal with other types of issues.

  • Paul worked diligently to aid me in my case, and helped work a very fair settlement. His commitment and interest in my need and wants were huge boons to an otherwise dreadful process.
